Mobile apps shaped for
today's Syria reality.
Tech delivery that gets today's Syrian constraints — no banking friction, and a payment model designed for it.
Darb Productions builds iOS and Android apps for Syrian businesses with a build shaped for the local reality — offline-first support where relevant, smart image compression for low-bandwidth networks, and a payment model designed to route around banking constraints. MTN Cash as the primary rail.
Darb Productions is a mobile app development company working with Syrian businesses on a delivery and payment model designed for the local reality — remotely from its Riyadh headquarters, building native iOS and Android apps and cross-platform React Native apps for startups, SMEs, and enterprises in Damascus, Aleppo, Homs, Latakia, Tartus and every other city. There is no in-country branch in Syria; the model is remote-first. App Store and Google Play accounts are opened in the name of your Syrian Ministry of Economy and Foreign Trade-registered company; we handle the DUNS number step. Mobile payment integrations handled in-house: MTN Cash, Syriatel Cash, BEMO Bank e-payment, USD cash predominant. Pricing is flexible (fixed price, retainer, or 12-month instalments from USD 229/month) — USD-invoiced from the Saudi entity.
What you get, beyond the code.
One team owns design, iOS, Android, and backend
No four-vendor chain. Same team designs the flow, ships the iOS build, the Android build, the backend, and the App Store submission. One accountability line for the whole product — critical when you're paying from Syria for delivery from Riyadh.
Syria's mobile payment stack, wired properly
MTN Cash, Syriatel Cash, BEMO Bank e-payment, USD cash predominant — integrated with the correct SDK for each, tested end-to-end on real local cards and phone numbers, not just sandbox. International cards (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay) supported too.
Arabic RTL as a first-class citizen
The app ships fully bilingual (Arabic + English) with proper RTL layout, native Arabic fonts, and reversed animations — not the broken RTL you get when Arabic is bolted on later.
App Store and Google Play submission handled
Apple Developer + Google Play Console accounts opened under your Syrian Ministry of Economy and Foreign Trade trade licence, DUNS number setup, TestFlight builds, App Store review responses. You don't need to learn App Store Connect to ship.
Backend that scales with local internet reality
PostgreSQL, Node.js, monitoring — plus offline-first patterns for zones with unreliable connectivity, smart image compression for 3G/4G audiences, and hosting close to the region for lower latency.
You own the source code
On any of our payment models, the full source code (iOS, Android, backend, deployment config) transfers to your GitHub organisation. No SDK lock-in, no black-box runtime, no vendor gate.
From brief to App Store live.
Discovery + scope (remote)
One-week paid discovery over Zoom + WhatsApp: user flows, screen inventory, backend model, payment integration list (MTN Cash, Syriatel Cash...), cross-border payment plan.
Design + prototype
Interactive Figma prototype. You click through the app before we write code. Every screen signed off in Arabic and English before development starts.
Two-week build sprints
Every sprint ships to TestFlight and Play Beta on your team's phones. You use the app while we build it.
Store submission + launch
Apple Developer + Google Play Console opened under your Syrian Ministry of Economy and Foreign Trade trade licence, DUNS registration, submission, reviewer responses, staged rollout coordinated with your marketing.
Ongoing updates + support
Post-launch: OS updates, Apple/Google policy changes, bug fixes, new-feature sprints. Retainer or per-sprint pricing.

Everything Syrian founders ask us.
Do you have a branch in Syria?
No. Darb Productions is headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and delivers to Syrian clients remotely — daily WhatsApp, weekly Zoom, GitHub for code, Figma for design. All contracts and invoices are issued from our Saudi entity. If you need someone physically on-site for a specific milestone, we quote it as a separately-billed travel line.
How much does a mobile app cost in Syria?
On Darb's instalment plan, a store + iOS + Android package starts at USD 229/month for 12 months. Enterprise or custom-integration apps are quoted separately, typically USD 15,000 to USD 90,000+ depending on scope.
How can we pay you from Syria given current constraints?
The easiest path is USDT settlement to our wallet (same-day, same rate). The alternative is a Gulf-based or Turkish representative paying on the client's behalf. International bank wires from Syria are usually not practical.
Do you integrate MTN Cash and Syriatel Cash?
Yes. The Syrian mobile wallets are the main e-payment rail for local businesses; we integrate MTN Cash and Syriatel Cash via their official APIs.
Do you build products for the Syrian market despite the constraints?
Yes. We build for Syrian businesses operating domestically and for Syrian-owned companies registered abroad (Lebanon, Turkey, UAE) serving customers inside Syria. The market is rebuilding its tech infrastructure and the opportunities are real.
Do you design the product for the Syrian internet reality (intermittency, low speeds)?
Yes. We build with offline-first patterns, smart image compression, and page-weight discipline so the product performs on 3G networks and low-bandwidth ADSL — the reality in most Syrian cities.
Ready to ship your Syrian app?
Fastest path is WhatsApp — send a one-paragraph brief and we reply within business hours (Riyadh time) with a fit read and rough scope. Cross-border by design, tuned for the Syrian market.
