OUR WORKSHOP
One in-house workshop, cross-border delivery.
Our regional workshop runs the entire fabrication process under one roof — design, CNC cutting, welding, carpentry, paint, electrics and assembly. Finished units ship to the UAE and land on the show floor with our Dubai-based project managers and UAE install crews taking it from truck to standing booth. No outsourced sub-contractors between design and delivery.

Laser, router and plasma CNC for steel, aluminium, wood and acrylic — the precision-cut components every modern booth is built from.

Welding & metalwork
Full TIG and MIG welding bay for structural steel and aluminium frames. Rated for double-decker load and pavilion-scale structures.

Custom carpentry
In-house joinery for displays, counters, mezzanines and bespoke millwork. The finish level that turns a booth into a brand experience.

Paint & finishing
Spray booth and finishing bay for premium colour, lacquer and metallic finishes. Colour matched to brand guidelines, not to whatever the workshop had on the shelf.

Six steps from brief to show floor.
Every UAE project moves through the same six phases. The cross-border logistics layer is what most Riyadh-based contractors under-plan — we plan it from day one, so your booth clears customs and reaches the venue on schedule.

Brief & concept
Site visit (or venue floor-plan review), brief intake, concept design and photorealistic renderings. You see the booth on your show's floor plan before a single sheet of metal is cut.

Engineering & venue approval
Structural engineering, technical drawings, venue-specific documentation — DWTC, ADNEC and Expo City Dubai each have their own approval packs. We handle every one.

Workshop fabrication
CNC cutting, welding, carpentry, paint, electrics. Built in-house with daily progress photos to your project WhatsApp so nothing is a surprise on arrival day.

Cross-border logistics
Export documentation, customs clearance, and freight to the UAE venue's move-in bay. Scheduled to land in your venue's official move-in window — not a day early, not a day late.

On-site installation in UAE
Our UAE-based install crew, led by a Dubai-based project manager, takes the booth from truck to standing. Final touches, electrical commissioning, and a full pre-open QC pass before the visitors arrive.
06
Show run + dismantle
On-show support during the exhibition — the crew stays on standby for repairs, top-ups, adjustments. After the show, we dismantle and either store for the next booking or ship back for refurbishment.

Common UAE booth questions.
Both. Fabrication runs at our regional workshop (based in Riyadh), and our operational base for UAE work is our Dubai office in Al Mizhar. Every UAE project has a Dubai-based project manager as the day-to-day contact, plus install crews on the ground in the UAE — you don't get handed off to a freight forwarder after fabrication ends.
