WHAT WE PRODUCE

Six event tracks.
One run-of-show.

Every event runs on the same producer-led brief, build plan, and show-day call sheet. So a conference that adds a press launch mid-cycle doesn't need a second vendor onboarded — same team, same standards.

HOW WE PRODUCE

Four phases.
One producer.

A repeatable show-day method used on every event we deliver in Riyadh and Jeddah — from a 200-person investor day to a 10,000-attendee festival.

  1. BRIEF

    Week 1

We meet your team, understand the audience, and lock the run-of-show. You leave with a one-page event brief — yours to keep.

  2. PLAN

    Week 2–6

Venue, stage, AV, hospitality, vendors, talent, signage, run sheet. Everything signed off and budgeted before build day.

  3. BUILD & SHOW

    Show week

Load-in, technical rehearsals, dress run, show day. A single producer on the radio, a single point of accountability for every cue.

  4. WRAP

    Week +1

Strike, vendor settlements, content delivery, and a post-event report with attendance, NPS, social reach, and lessons-learned.

HOW WE ENGAGE

Long-term partners.
Flagship corporate programs.

Darb is built for corporate clients who run events every quarter — not agencies pitching for one-off shows. The same producer, the same crew, and the same suppliers know your investor day, your earnings broadcast, and your sales kickoff inside-out by your second cycle. That's the engagement we run.

/ 01

Flagship corporate programs

Annual or multi-year marquee events — investor day series, executive summits, dealer conferences, brand launch tours. One dedicated senior producer, locked crew, fixed delivery cadence across the calendar.

/ 02

Always-on retainer

Quarterly event capacity for IR, communications, marketing, and HR teams. Earnings calls, town halls, sales kickoffs, leadership offsites, AGMs — all under a single SOW with priority booking.

/ 03

Transparent rate card

Crew day rates, AV packages, stage tiers, hospitality, travel — every line itemized in writing, no surprises. Send a brief and we'll share the full card within one business day.

ONE-STOP PRODUCTION HOUSE

Creative. Print. Wood. AV. Filming. Owned.

Most event agencies in Riyadh sublet everything — concept to a freelancer, print to a stationer, fabrication to a carpenter, AV to a rental house, filming to a third crew. Darb owns all five under one roof. One PO, one project manager, one accountable team from kickoff to wrap.

WHY DARB

Compare your three options.
On paper, side by side.

When a CMO, comms head, or IR director thinks about running a flagship event, there are usually three options on the table. Here's how Darb stacks up against the other two — honest, line by line.

RecommendedDarb Productions
Typical event agency
Building in-house
Owns production gear
Print, carpentry, AV, filming — all five in-house
Sublet to rental houses; markup added
Sits idle 11 months of the year
Single accountable producer
Named senior producer, brief to wrap
Account manager rotates between shows
Internal lead — but stretched thin
Same crew every event
Locked crew knows your run-of-show by event two
Freelance pool reshuffles each show
Internal staff turns over within 18 months
Predictable cost
Itemized rate card, fixed retainer tiers
Quotes swing 30–50% between events
Salaries fixed, gear and overruns volatile
Speed to first show
Brief to show day in 6–8 weeks
Vendor scheduling drags to 10–14 weeks
12+ months to hire, train, and stand up
Bilingual (EN + AR) by default
Half the team writes Arabic natively
Bilingual on request, often outsourced
Usually English-first; AR contracted out

Honest version: a typical agency might beat us on creative flair for a one-off launch. Bringing it in-house wins on confidentiality. For everything else, Darb is the math.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Questions we
hear before the first call.

Answers to the things almost every brand asks before booking an event. If yours isn't here, send a brief — we read every one.

/ 01How long does a corporate event take from brief to show day?
A standard 1-day conference takes 6–8 weeks from signed brief to show day. Multi-day summits and product launches run 10–14 weeks. We can compress timelines for urgent launches if scope is locked early and crew is available.
/ 02Do you stage events outside Riyadh?
Yes. We deliver events regularly across Jeddah, Dammam, NEOM, AlUla, Dubai, and the wider GCC. Travel and accommodation are scoped in the brief and quoted transparently.
/ 03Can you handle bilingual (Arabic + English) events?
Every event ships bilingual unless you ask otherwise — including translation booths, bilingual hosts, signage in both languages, and culturally-adapted run sheets. Half our team works natively in Arabic.
/ 04What's the minimum event budget?
Event production engagements start around SAR 250K for a single-day corporate event and scale into multi-million riyal flagship programs. We turn down work below the minimum because there isn't enough scope to do it well.
/ 05Do you own your AV, lighting, and staging?
We own a full Riyadh-based event kit (LED screens, lighting rigs, sound systems, stage decks, broadcast cameras). Specialty gear — aerial rigging, pyrotechnics, large-format projection — is rented from trusted partners and scoped per event.
/ 06Who actually runs the show day?
Senior crew you meet in planning: a named producer, technical director, stage manager, broadcast director, and hospitality lead. The same humans run the project from brief to wrap — no bait-and-switch where partners pitch and juniors execute.
/ 07How fast can we start?
We can lock a planning phase within one week of a signed SOW. Riyadh venues book 4–8 weeks ahead in peak season (Q4 and Riyadh Season).
