COMPANY PROFILE VIDEO · RIYADH

The 3-minute film that opens every tender, meeting, and website.

A company profile video is the single asset that carries your business story across every channel — website hero, sales meeting opener, tender submission, investor deck, LinkedIn, event stage. We produce cinematic 2-4 minute corporate profile films for Saudi enterprises, family businesses, and government entities. Bilingual by default. Executive-quality on delivery day.

WHAT WE DELIVER

Six deliverables, one production.

Most vendors deliver 'a video'. What you actually need is a video family — the hero film that runs on your homepage, the 60-second cutdown for LinkedIn, the sizzle reel for events, the tender-pack version. We produce all of them from one shoot, one edit pipeline, one direction.

/ 01

Hero company profile film (2-4 min)

The centrepiece — a cinematic 2-4 minute film that opens with the founding story, moves through capability and scale, closes with the future direction. Scripted, storyboarded, shot on cinema cameras, colour-graded, scored, and delivered as an asset your CEO can put in front of an investor without a second thought.

  • Cinema-grade camera + lighting
  • Custom-scored music (not stock)
  • Bilingual voice-over + subtitles
  • 4K master + web-optimised exports
/ 02

Short-form cutdowns (60s + 30s)

The 60-second cut for LinkedIn and pitch decks. The 30-second cut for social feeds. Same footage, same story compression — edited to hold attention when the viewer has 30 seconds, not 3 minutes. Delivered in every aspect ratio you need.

  • 60-second LinkedIn / pitch-deck cut
  • 30-second social cut
  • 9:16 vertical + 1:1 square variants
  • Silent-friendly subtitle burns
/ 03

Founder + leadership interview films

The 90-second interview cut of the founder, CEO, or key leadership — the film that gives the company a face and a voice. Shot separately, edited as a standalone film, and also used as source material for the hero cut. Works as a standalone LinkedIn piece.

  • 60-90 second interview films
  • Multi-camera setup + broadcast lighting
  • Bilingual interview coaching on request
  • Standalone film + hero-cut source
/ 04

Facility / office / operations footage

B-roll of the actual work — factory floor, office, retail environment, project site, warehouse operations. This is what turns a company profile from a talking head into a business film. Shot with the same crew, same day where possible.

  • Facility + operations b-roll
  • Team-at-work sequences
  • Aerial + drone establishing shots
  • Time-lapse capture where relevant
/ 05

Motion graphics + data animation

Animated stats, milestone timelines, service diagrams, and brand end-frames — the sequences that translate 'we serve 12 countries' from a spoken line into a visual reality. Designed inside your brand system, animated by the same team that shot the film.

  • Animated stat + milestone sequences
  • Service / capability diagrams
  • Brand-locked end frames + idents
  • Bilingual motion graphics (AR + EN)
/ 06

Tender + investor-pack delivery variants

Tender-submission versions of the film — often required in specific technical formats and durations by government or enterprise procurement. Investor-deck versions built to autoplay silently in slide decks. Same film, formatted for the specific delivery channel that needs it.

  • Tender-spec technical delivery
  • Silent-autoplay pitch-deck cut
  • Bilingual subtitle SRT files
  • DVD / USB-ready archive masters
WHY DARB

Why route the profile film through a production house.

Three reasons the film is stronger when the whole pipeline lives inside a full production studio — not stitched from a freelance director, a freelance editor, and a stock-music library.

/ 01

Cinema camera + broadcast crew, not a DSLR + two lights

Company profile films get watched in HD on the boardroom TV, in 4K on the investor's monitor, and on-stage at industry events. The technical bar is higher than a social clip. We shoot on cinema cameras with a proper broadcast crew — camera op, focus puller, lighting, sound — because the film has to hold up in every viewing environment.

/ 02

Bilingual master, not bilingual afterthought

Every profile film needs an Arabic version and an English version — because your audience is both. Most vendors shoot one, translate for the other, and the second version reads awkwardly. We script and voice both languages in parallel from day one; both cuts feel native to their audience.

/ 03

One film feeds a year of marketing

The hero film is expensive to produce because it should be. But the same shoot gives you the 60s cut for LinkedIn, the 30s cuts for social, the interview standalone, the recruitment version, the tender-pack version. Six months later your marketing team is still deploying assets from this one production.

WHO WE PRODUCE FOR

Every Saudi business with a story to open.

Whichever type of organisation — the pipeline is the same, only the story arc and the b-roll priorities change per category.

Saudi enterprises + listed companies

Publicly-listed and enterprise businesses where the profile film has to satisfy the CEO, the board, the investor community, and the tender committee — all at once. Executive-grade production, IR-ready delivery.

Family businesses + holding groups

Multi-generational Saudi family businesses where the film has to honour the founding story and communicate the future direction. Nuanced editorial, respect for the legacy, contemporary production values.

Government + semi-government entities

Ministry entities, PIF-affiliates, semi-government developers, and public bodies where the film serves briefings, tender packs, and public communications. Bilingual editorial and archive-grade delivery from day one.

Fast-growth scale-ups + tech companies

Saudi scale-ups, tech companies, and fintech businesses where the film has to communicate scale, credibility, and momentum to enterprise clients and investors. Modern production language, faster edit rhythm.

Professional services + consultancies

Law firms, consulting firms, engineering consultancies, financial-advisory practices — where the profile film builds trust for a service that has no product to show. Founder-led narratives, capability-focused b-roll.

Industrial + manufacturing + logistics

Factories, manufacturing plants, logistics operators, and industrial groups where the story lives on the operations floor. Facility b-roll, capability sequences, safety and scale communication.

HOW IT WORKS

From brief to signed-off film.

Company profile films work when the pre-production is disciplined. Here's how a film moves from your kick-off call to your website hero.

/ 01

Discovery + story workshop

90-minute workshop with your leadership team — founding story, key milestones, current capability, future direction. This is where the film's story arc is locked. Output: signed story treatment, one page, in both languages.

/ 02

Script + shot list + shoot plan

Full script in AR + EN, shot list per location, and a shoot plan tied to your team's availability. All approved before a single camera rolls. Turnaround: 7-10 working days from the workshop.

/ 03

Production days

Interviews + facility b-roll + operations footage — usually 2-3 shoot days spread across the locations that matter. Executive interviews scheduled around your leadership calendar, not the crew's.

/ 04

Edit + first cut

First cut delivered 10-14 working days after the last shoot day. Two rounds of client review included; further rounds scoped as needed. Rough voice-over placed in first cut so timing feels real, not theoretical.

/ 05

Colour + sound + score

Cinematic colour grade, professional voice-over recording (AR + EN), custom composed music, and final sound mix. This is where the film becomes cinema-grade rather than corporate-grade.

/ 06

Delivery + short-form family

Final 4K master, plus the 60s + 30s cutdowns, plus vertical + square variants, plus tender-pack format, plus investor-deck silent cut. Delivered as a single asset package — organised by use case, ready to deploy.

BEFORE YOU BRIEF

Company profile film questions answered.

How long should a company profile film be?

3 minutes is the sweet spot for the hero cut — long enough to tell the founding story, communicate scale and capability, and close with direction; short enough that the viewer actually finishes. We also always deliver a 60-second cut and a 30-second cut from the same edit — because most channels won't accept 3 minutes, but they'll play 60 seconds every time.

How long does the whole production take?

6-8 weeks from kickoff to final delivery is standard. Story workshop + script week 1-2, shoot planning + shoot days week 3-4, edit + first cut week 5-6, colour + sound + delivery week 7-8. Rush is possible for tender deadlines — 4 weeks is the tightest we recommend without compromising the film.

Do you write the script, or do we bring content?

We write it — always, and it's included. Corporate marketing teams often start writing a profile script and hit the same wall: written for a website reads badly out loud. Our scriptwriters write for voice, work with your leadership to lock the story arc, and deliver a script in both languages that actually sounds right when a voice-over talent reads it.

Do you shoot the executive interviews yourselves?

Yes. Multi-camera interview setup with proper broadcast lighting, teleprompter available for executives who prefer it, and interview coaching on request. Most CEOs are more comfortable on the second take than the first — we plan the shoot day for that, not against it.

Can we shoot at multiple locations — HQ, factory, project site?

Yes. Multi-location shoots are standard for enterprise profiles — HQ for interviews, factory or operations facility for capability b-roll, project site for delivery evidence. Scoped as a shoot plan at the workshop, priced per shoot day.

What about drone footage — do you handle GACA permits?

Yes. Aerial drone footage is a common part of profile films for industrial, real-estate, and multi-site companies. GACA permits handled by our in-house pilots. Aerial work planned into the shoot schedule from day one, not bolted on.

Can you deliver in the technical formats required by government tenders?

Yes. Government tender submissions often specify exact file formats, resolutions, durations, and bilingual subtitle requirements. We deliver to the tender's technical spec plus the standard web + social + investor-deck variants. Give us the tender's tech requirements at the brief.

What does a full company profile production cost?

Depends on shoot day count, location complexity, drone requirements, and motion graphics scope. Single-location productions with a hero film and standard short-form cutdowns sit at the entry end. Multi-location enterprise productions with drone, motion graphics, and full bilingual delivery scale from there. We give you a fixed quote at the workshop — no per-day billing after.
