WHAT WE DESIGN

Six 3D practices, one studio.

Every workstream ships as a photoreal 3D render pack — approve it, market it, present it, or hand it to a fabricator. If you want the fabricator to be us that's an add-on; the design stands on its own.

/ 01

Exhibition booth 3D design

Full 3D design for exhibition booths — concept, moodboard, multi-angle photoreal renders, and virtual walkthroughs on request. Build-ready technical drawings so any fabricator (yours or ours) can execute against the sign-off render without guesswork.

  • Concept + moodboard + shortlist
  • Photorealistic multi-angle renders
  • Virtual walkthrough (optional)
  • Build-ready technical drawings
/ 02

Event stages & activation 3D

3D design for event stages, activations, gala setups, launch environments, and immersive brand experiences. Full spatial design with lighting mood, AV integration, and audience-flow visualisation — so stakeholders sign off on the room before it's built.

  • Stage + set 3D design
  • Lighting + AV mood renders
  • Audience-flow visualisation
  • Photoreal previews for pitch decks
/ 03

Trophy, award & custom-piece design

Custom 3D design for trophies, awards, honours plaques, and ceremonial pieces — corporate ceremonies, industry recognitions, government programmes. Photoreal render approval before any material is cut, with multi-material options previewed side by side.

  • Custom trophy 3D design
  • Multi-material previews (acrylic, metal, wood, resin)
  • Base + presentation packaging
  • Photoreal preview before manufacture
/ 04

Packaging & promotional gift design

Structural design + photoreal 3D renders for product packaging, gift boxes, corporate merchandise, and event giveaways. SKU-level mockups in every colourway you're considering — approve the exact piece before you spend on production.

  • Structural pack + gift-box design
  • SKU-level 3D mockups (multi-colourway)
  • Unboxing-sequence storyboard
  • Press-ready print artwork on request
/ 05

Product 3D mockups & visualisation

Photoreal 3D mockups of products — F&B, beauty, tech, hardware, apparel — for launch collateral, PR pack shots, e-commerce hero images, and pre-order landing pages. See the finished SKU before you sample-build it.

  • Product model + material study
  • Multi-angle photoreal renders
  • Alternate colourways + finishes
  • Landing-page + PR-ready hero shots
/ 06

Brand identity, environments & retail 3D

Logo and brand-book work with 3D application on real materials + full spatial design for retail stores, showrooms, lobbies and popups. See the brand on the wall, on the shelf, on apparel — before any wall is built.

  • Primary + secondary logo marks
  • Brand-book system (colour, type, grid)
  • 3D application mockups (signage, apparel, packaging)
  • Retail / showroom / lobby spatial design
WHY DARB DESIGN STUDIO

Why our 3D beats a freelance render.

Three reasons enterprise brands in Riyadh brief the studio instead of shopping a 3D designer on a marketplace.

/ 01

Photoreal — not concept art

A lot of 3D work you see online is concept-art dressed up — evocative but not decisive. Our renders match reality: real materials, correct lighting, real dimensions, real branding placement, right down to the reflection off a specific finish. Renders you can put in a board deck, a PR release, a marketing pack, or a fabrication contract — because they read as photographs of a physical thing.

/ 02

Production-aware, so it's actually build-able

A render that can't be built is a render that wastes everyone's time. Our design team sits next to a fabrication floor and a print shop, so we know what a 20cm logo on fabric actually looks like, how a CNC cuts a curve, how ink behaves on leather. We design against real production constraints — so whichever fabricator you hand it to (yours or ours) can execute it without redesigning half the concept.

/ 03

Bilingual system, fast turnaround

Everything is designed AR + EN from the start — not translated at the end and broken. First concept renders inside days, not weeks. And when the piece involves a system (a full booth, a full pack range, a full identity), you get the whole system as one deliverable, not files trickling in for months.

WHO BRIEFS US

3D design for anything you're about to launch.

The studio's brief-in is broad on purpose — if you need to visualise it before it exists, we render it. Six of the most common briefs:

Exhibition & event teams pitching a booth or stage

You need photoreal 3D of the booth, activation, or stage so leadership signs off and the venue/sponsor approves. Multi-angle renders and (on request) a virtual walkthrough — you own the file and take it anywhere from there.

Marketing leads presenting a product launch

Photoreal product mockups for launch decks, PR pack shots, e-commerce hero images, and pre-order landing pages — before the sample-build even exists. F&B, beauty, tech, hardware, apparel.

Awards & recognition programmes needing a trophy

Custom trophy or award 3D design with material previews (acrylic, metal, wood, resin, mixed). Approve the exact piece before any material is cut — take the file to any fabricator, or route production through us.

Brand & comms teams launching or refreshing an identity

Logo, brand-book, and 3D applications on real materials — see the brand on signage, apparel, packaging, and in a spatial environment before you spend on a rollout. Delivered as an integrated system, bilingual by default.

Corporate gifting & merchandise programmes

SKU-level photoreal mockups of every item in the gift kit + every colourway you're considering. Approve exact pieces before mass production, route to whichever supplier you prefer.

Retail, hospitality & environmental briefs

3D visualisation of the physical space — new store, showroom refit, lobby installation, popup, gallery — before construction. See the room before you sign the fit-out contract.

HOW IT WORKS

From brief to sign-off render.

3D design projects run on a disciplined approval spine. Steps 1–4 are the core studio engagement; steps 5–6 apply only if you also want us to fabricate.

/ 01

Brief + creative workshop

60-minute workshop to lock the objective, the audience, the constraints (budget, materials, timeline), and any brand guardrails. Moodboard shortlist delivered inside 5-7 working days for direction sign-off.

/ 02

Concept + first renders

Two or three concept directions rendered in early-stage 3D — enough detail to judge the direction, not enough to lock the details. You pick one direction; we develop it to photoreal spec.

/ 03

Photoreal renders + walkthrough

Selected direction taken to photoreal 3D — final materials, final lighting, real branding placement, multi-angle. Virtual walkthrough delivered on request for booth and environmental projects.

/ 04

Sign-off + full delivery pack

Client approval on the photoreal render locks the design. Delivery pack: final renders, technical drawings, material specs, print artwork, and native source files — everything a downstream production team needs. This is where a design-only engagement ends; you own the files and take them anywhere.

/ 05

Optional — production add-on

If you want us to fabricate too, we route the sign-off pack to Darb's own factory / print shop / production partners. No vendor-transfer risk, no re-drawing, no interpretation gap. Costed separately from the design engagement so you can decide project by project.

/ 06

Optional — on-site QC + install oversight

If we fabricate, our design team is on-site at install to confirm the built piece matches the sign-off render. Any last-mile adjustments handled before the client walks in.

BEFORE YOU BRIEF

3D design studio questions answered.

How is the studio different from a freelance 3D designer?

Three things: (1) our renders are photoreal, not concept-art — you can put them straight into a board deck, a PR release, or a fabrication contract; (2) we design against real production constraints because a fabrication floor sits next door — so the render is actually build-able, not a fantasy; (3) you get bilingual, systematised work delivered fast, not files trickling in from an inbox. And crucially — you own the files. Take them wherever you want from there.

Can you design for our brand system, or do you build one?

Both. If you have a brand book, we design inside it — same typography, colour palette, illustration language. If you don't, we build one and it becomes your brand system going forward. The workshop stage locks which mode we're in.

Is this design-only, or do you also fabricate?

Design-only is the default engagement. You get the sign-off photoreal render, technical drawings, and full delivery pack — you own everything and can hand it to any fabricator (yours, ours, a bid). If you'd rather have one house do both, we can add production as an optional add-on and route the sign-off pack straight to Darb's own factory / print shop — but the design engagement stands on its own without it.

What software and file formats do you deliver in?

3D models in native format (Blender / Cinema 4D / Rhino depending on project), plus exported STEP / OBJ for fabrication. Renders as high-resolution PNG + PDF layout. Brand books as InDesign source + PDF. Print artwork as press-ready PDF + native Illustrator. Everything a downstream production team needs.

How long does a typical booth 3D design project take?

Brief to sign-off render: 2-3 weeks for a standard booth (concept week 1, refinement week 2, photoreal + sign-off week 3). Complex two-storey builds or pavilions can extend to 4-5 weeks. Rush is possible for tight exhibition deadlines; scope adjusted at the workshop.

Can you do brand identity work for a full company, not just a project?

Yes. Full brand identity engagements cover naming (if needed), logo development, brand-book system, application design across the touchpoints that matter (signage, apparel, packaging, digital), and a rollout playbook for the marketing team. Multi-month engagement scoped at brief.

For promotional gifts and merchandise, do we still order from your factory?

Not required — that's a fully separate decision. The studio delivers the 3D mockup pack + production artwork, and you route production to whichever supplier you prefer (yours, ours, or a bid). Some clients bundle production with us because the sign-off render + our production floor collapse the design-to-delivery gap; most simply take the files and go.

Do you offer virtual walkthroughs / VR for exhibition booth projects?

Yes, on request. Standard delivery is multi-angle photoreal renders; VR walkthrough (a headset-viewable pre-visualisation) is available as an add-on for projects where stakeholders need to 'walk through' the space before committing to build. Useful for large-scale pavilions and executive-approval workflows.

Have a design project? Send us the brief.

Tell us the project, the constraints, the delivery date. We come back within one business day with a scope, a suggested workflow, and a fixed quote against the brief.
