WHAT WE COVER UNDER ONE CONTRACT

Eight production tracks, all in-house.

Under a single framework agreement we cover the full production calendar of a large enterprise — no sub-contractors, no vendor stack to coordinate, no invoicing surprises. One team, one rate card, one governance model.

/ 01

Corporate events

Conferences, launches, gala dinners, awards, press events, town halls — from creative and staging through to on-site execution.

/ 02

Film & video

Corporate films, executive interviews, campaign content, event coverage, social-cut factories, documentary features.

/ 03

Photography

Executive portraits, event coverage, campaign shoots, product photography, aerial / drone.

/ 04

Design & brand

Brand identity, campaign creative, presentations, annual reports, keynote decks, sales collateral.

/ 05

Print production

In-house print shop — annual reports, brochures, exhibition collateral, branded merchandise, packaging.

/ 06

Exhibition booths

Custom and modular booth manufacturing for the annual exhibition calendar — design through to on-site build.

/ 07

Content & social

Content engines, social media management, paid campaign production, always-on creative delivery.

/ 08

Digital & web

Web platforms, mobile apps, custom software, marketing technology, dashboards and analytics.

SCALE & CAPABILITY

Why procurement teams keep renewing us.

The physical and operational infrastructure that makes framework-agreement delivery possible.

/ 01

In-house crew across every track

Producers, cameramen, sound engineers, editors, colourists, designers, printers, developers, event staff — all on our payroll, all under one quality standard.

  • Named account lead for every framework
  • Retained team, not project-by-project hires
  • Overflow capacity available for peak weeks
  • Bilingual (Arabic-first) production capability
/ 02

Studios, print shop, and fleet

Owned production infrastructure across Riyadh — cinema-grade studios, an in-house print shop, mobile broadcast units, and an equipment fleet sized for concurrent multi-event weeks.

  • Multi-camera live-streaming rig
  • 4K / 6K cinema camera fleet
  • In-house print production up to A0 / oversized
  • Multi-truck event logistics fleet
/ 03

Regional footprint

Saudi Arabia, UAE, Syria, and Egypt — a single client can activate all four markets on the same framework agreement without re-onboarding new vendors in each country.

  • Riyadh — HQ, primary studios and print
  • Dubai — regional creative and production
  • Damascus — post-production and content
  • Cairo — content, design, and production
/ 04

Procurement-grade operating model

Rate cards, SLAs, governance meetings, and reporting formats built to match how KSA enterprise and government procurement actually run — not retro-fitted afterwards.

  • Agreed rate card at framework signature
  • Monthly governance reviews with the client
  • Quarterly business reviews vs. KPIs
  • Audit-trail reporting on every deliverable
COMPLIANCE & DOCUMENTATION

Vendor pack on request.

Everything a procurement officer or vendor-onboarding team needs to short-list Darb Productions is available under one packaged request — sent within one business day of a signed NDA.

Commercial registration

Saudi CR, VAT registration certificate, ZATCA e-invoicing compliance, and Chamber of Commerce membership.

Employment & social security

GOSI enrolment certificate, Saudization (Nitaqat) status, and payroll certification for the crew allocated to the framework.

Insurance & liability

Public liability, event liability, professional indemnity, and equipment insurance — coverage certificates available on request.

Vendor portal registration

Etimad and Monafasat registration, plus enterprise-specific vendor portals (Aramco, PIF, banks) — pre-registered on the major ones, fast-registration on the rest.

Financial & audit

Audited financial statements, banker's reference letters, and trade references from active framework clients — released under NDA.

Quality & safety

Internal QA process documentation, event safety protocols, and — where the engagement warrants — dedicated safety officer allocation for on-site work.

The full vendor pack is issued as a single PDF bundle. Ask for it at the enterprise contact below — we return it the next business day after a signed one-way NDA.

CASE STUDIES

Framework engagements we've delivered.

Anonymised because most of these engagements are protected by NDAs. Named references are released case-by-case to shortlisted procurement teams.

Government entity · Riyadh

Scope

Full annual production calendar — three flagship conferences, twelve executive-level video interviews, a monthly content engine for social channels, and the annual report design.

Outcome

Zero audit findings across two framework years. All deliverables against the agreed rate card, no scope-creep invoicing, monthly governance meetings honoured 100%.

Sovereign wealth · Riyadh

Scope

Portfolio-communications engagement — corporate films for six portfolio companies, executive photography programme, and quarterly investor-facing print deliverables.

Outcome

Consolidated seven vendors into one framework. Reduced coordination overhead by ~60% for the internal comms team. Renewed for a second three-year term.

Energy / industrial · Eastern Province

Scope

Safety film library, protocol-grade event coverage, and annual sustainability report design and print. Protocol training completed for the full deployed crew.

Outcome

Approved as a protocol-cleared vendor within the client's supplier framework. On-site work delivered under strict site-access and safety controls with zero incidents.

Banking / financial · Riyadh

Scope

Annual report design and print, executive portrait programme, campaign photography, and always-on social content for three product lines.

Outcome

One rate card across all four disciplines. Delivered under IFRS-audited reporting requirements. Framework renewed at year-end without competitive re-tender.

References from the above engagements are available at the shortlist stage.

PROCUREMENT FAQ

What procurement teams usually ask us.

Are you registered on Etimad / Monafasat?

Yes. We are actively registered on both government-tender portals and hold vendor codes with several enterprise-specific portals (Aramco, PIF-owned entities, and major KSA banks). For portals we are not pre-registered on, we complete registration within the timeframes set by the RFP.

How is a framework agreement structured commercially?

A rate card is agreed at framework signature — day rates or unit rates per production category. Individual project briefs are quoted against the rate card, not re-negotiated per project. Monthly invoicing against actual work delivered. Annual review of the rate card at framework renewal.

Can you sign our NDA and our vendor code of conduct?

Yes. We routinely operate under both the client's NDA and the client's vendor code of conduct — including anti-bribery, data protection, information-security, and conflict-of-interest clauses. Signature turnaround is typically same-week for standard templates.

What happens if a crew member does not clear our security screening?

We hold a bench of pre-vetted crew across every production track. If a client's screening process rejects a named crew member, we substitute within 48 hours from the bench — the framework does not stall.

Do you have insurance suitable for on-site enterprise / industrial work?

Yes — public liability, event liability, and professional indemnity are in place, and we increase equipment insurance coverage on a per-engagement basis for high-value shoots. Certificates of insurance are shared with your risk / procurement team on request.

How is data handled — footage, drafts, working files?

Working files sit inside a client-partitioned workspace on our production storage. External sharing is via named links only. All raw footage and drafts are handed to the client at project close, and internal copies are purged within a schedule agreed at framework signature.

Considering a framework partner? Let's send the full vendor pack.

Tell us the scope categories, the annual production calendar, and the procurement portal you're running the RFP through. We return the capability statement, the vendor pack, and a proposed rate-card structure within one business day.
