Fully wired for the UAE stack: Mashreq NEOPAY, Emirates NBD Payit, Apple Pay, Tabby, Tamara, Emirates ID, UAE PASS, DED, TDRA. WHAT WE SHIP FOR UAE BUSINESSES

The full digital stack, Dubai-ready.

Darb Productions is the technical partner UAE small and medium businesses use to ship online. We build production-grade websites, e-commerce stores, mobile apps for iOS and Android, and custom platforms — SaaS products, multi-vendor marketplaces, booking systems, portals, dashboards, and internal ops tools — for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah companies (both mainland DED and free-zone entities). Every build ships wired to the UAE stack: Emirates ID, UAE PASS, DED, TDRA, Mashreq NEOPAY, Emirates NBD Payit, Apple Pay, Tabby, Tamara, Etisalat and du APIs — hosted on AWS Middle East (Bahrain) by default, or UAE-onshore providers on request. Three ways to pay: fixed price, monthly retainer, or an AED instalment plan of AED 349 to AED 829 depending on the package — with source-code ownership transferred to your GitHub organisation on month 13.

Everything a UAE business needs to run online, delivered on the same monthly instalment. Wired for the local stack — Emirates ID, UAE PASS, NEOPAY, Payit, Tabby, Tamara — and hosted regionally by default.

UAE marketing websites

Bilingual Arabic + English sites for mainland DED companies and free-zone entities. Headless CMS, on-page SEO tuned for gulfnews.com / thenational.ae competition, and analytics wired in from launch.

E-commerce stores for the UAE market

Full online stores plumbed for the UAE checkout: Apple Pay + Google Pay + Mashreq NEOPAY + Tabby + Tamara + Emirates NBD Payit, with FTA-compliant VAT invoicing built in.

iOS + Android apps for the UAE

Native-feel apps published to the UAE App Store and Play Store storefronts under your trade licence, with UAE PASS single sign-on, in-app payments, and push notifications supporting Arabic and English content interchangeably.

SaaS products for regional launch

Multi-tenant subscription platforms with auth, roles, billing, and admin analytics — the same architecture we used to build our own SaaS product Rouad (rouad.com), then productise it.

Multi-vendor UAE marketplaces

Sellers, listings, order routing, split payouts, ratings, and dispute handling — B2C or B2B — with UAE VAT split per vendor and KYC that accepts both mainland trade licence and free-zone entity certificates.

Booking and reservation platforms

Appointments, event ticketing, and inventory-based bookings for UAE service businesses (clinics, salons, tour operators, F&B). Includes SMS reminders on Etisalat + du, calendar sync, and no-show flow.

Customer and supplier portals

Customer-facing account areas, supplier onboarding gateways, and government-adjacent portals — with role-based access, approval workflows, audit trails, and DED / TDRA compliance where applicable.

Internal ops tools (custom CRM, ERP, HR)

Bespoke workflow tools sized to your team, not to a SaaS vendor's plan tiers. Fields, roles, approvals, reports — all shaped around how you actually work.

AI features that earn their keep

Copilots, chatbots, semantic search, document summarisation, and workflow automation — built as first-class parts of the product, not tacked-on gimmicks. Where AI doesn't help, we don't force it.

UAE integrations that actually work

Emirates ID authentication, UAE PASS single sign-on, DED portal lookups, TDRA compliance flows, Etisalat and du APIs, and the full UAE payment stack — tested against real endpoints, not just sandbox.

Migrations from Shopify, Salla, Zid, Wix

Move your existing store or site to a modern owned codebase — every URL preserved via 301s, SEO equity kept, no downtime during cutover. In three years, no client has lost rankings during our migrations.

White-label build for UAE agencies

Under-your-brand execution for Dubai agencies who need a technical partner but want to keep the client relationship. Same delivery discipline, quoted on the AED instalment plan or your own terms.

HOW THE ENGAGEMENT RUNS

Sign this month, own it thirteen months later.

The same operational rhythm for every UAE package — pick the scope, split the payment across the year, take the code when the year ends.

01

Pick a scope

Choose Website, Store, Store + App, or Enterprise. A one-hour WhatsApp call and a signed scope brief gets the meter running the same week.

02

One AED direct debit per month

The site or app goes live within weeks — we don't wait for month 12 to launch. Hosting on AWS Bahrain, SSL, and modest ongoing edits are all inside the monthly figure. VAT invoiced separately.

03

Month 13 — the code is yours

The full GitHub repository transfers to your UAE company's organisation on the 13th month. Keep hosting with us for a small fee, or move to your own AWS / Vercel / DigitalOcean — everything you receive is portable.

PICK YOUR PACKAGE

Four packages, one contract, one outcome — you own the code.

Every price below is in AED, per month, for a fixed 12-month term. VAT is added on the invoice for UAE-registered entities (reclaimable on your VAT return). AWS Bahrain hosting, SSL, and reasonable minor edits are included through year one. On month 13, the full repository moves to your GitHub organisation.

QUESTIONS FROM UAE FOUNDERS

What Dubai founders ask us first.

Which company builds websites and mobile apps for UAE businesses on a monthly plan?

Darb Productions is the UAE-facing branch of a regional software team that builds websites, e-commerce stores, mobile apps (iOS + Android), and custom platforms for Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah businesses — on a monthly instalment plan of AED 349 to AED 829 depending on the package, with source-code ownership transferred to your GitHub organisation on month 13. Riyadh HQ, Dubai-facing sales team, native Arabic + English delivery.

Does it matter whether my company is mainland (DED) or free zone?

No. We build for both. Mainland DED companies, Dubai/Abu Dhabi/Sharjah free-zone entities (DMCC, IFZA, Meydan, RAKEZ, ADGM, DIFC…) — the build is identical. The only place your structure surfaces is on VAT invoicing and, if we're publishing an app on the App Store / Google Play under your name, in the trade-licence document Apple and Google request. Both work; we handle the paperwork.

Are the prices AED 349 / 399 / 829 inclusive of UAE VAT?

Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. If your company is VAT-registered in the UAE, we add 5% on the invoice (fully claimable back on your VAT return). If you're a foreign-owned free-zone entity outside the UAE tax net, the invoice is zero-rated. All invoices are FTA-compliant with a valid TRN.

Which payment gateway is right for a UAE online store?

For most Dubai and Abu Dhabi stores we default to a combination that covers the local wallet mix: Apple Pay + Google Pay + Mashreq NEOPAY (cards) + Tabby or Tamara (buy-now-pay-later). For higher-volume merchants we add Network International or PayTabs. Emirates NBD Payit works for peer-to-peer collect. We test every gateway end-to-end on real cards before you go live — never just the sandbox.

Can our app authenticate customers with Emirates ID or UAE PASS?

Yes. UAE PASS single sign-on is the smoothest option for UAE users — one tap, no password, verified identity, and it works for both citizens and residents. Emirates ID scan/lookup is available for KYC-heavy flows (financial, healthcare, government-adjacent). We're familiar with both integration paths and the TDRA and CBUAE guidance around them.

I'm on Shopify / Salla / Zid — can you migrate everything without breaking my SEO?

Yes. Migrations from Shopify, Salla, Zid, WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace and custom PHP are a standard scope. We preserve every existing URL via 301 redirects, migrate products + customers + orders, keep the schema markup, and cut over on a low-traffic evening. In three years of doing this, no client has lost Google rankings during a migration — most gain within 60 days because the new stack is faster.

My card is issued outside the UAE — can I still pay the AED instalment?

Yes. The subscription runs on any Visa, Mastercard or American Express card from any country. Your bank converts AED to your local currency at their FX rate — Emirates NBD, Mashreq, Deutsche Bank UAE customers pay in AED directly; Saudi, UK, US, EU cardholders see their bank's converted amount. We don't add an FX surcharge on top.

Where is my data hosted — inside the UAE?

By default we deploy to AWS Middle East (Bahrain) — geographically the closest AWS region to the UAE, low latency for Dubai users, and inside the wider Middle East data-residency envelope. If your workload has stricter UAE-onshore residency requirements (banking, healthcare, government), we deploy to a UAE-resident provider (G42 Cloud, du Cloud, or STC Bahrain) — quoted separately, but same code, same deployment scripts.

Do you publish the app on the App Store and Google Play under our UAE trade licence?

Yes — and we recommend it, so the app is legally your product from day one, not ours. We open the Apple Developer account and the Google Play Console account in your UAE company's name (mainland trade licence or free-zone certificate — both accepted), handle DUNS number setup for Apple, and submit each release on your behalf. The accounts stay with you; if you ever change developers, nothing about your store listings moves.

Do you deliver in Arabic and English by default?

Yes. Every deliverable ships bilingual — Arabic RTL and English LTR — as a first-class citizen from day one, not a translation pack bolted on afterwards. Fonts, layouts, animations, exports, PDFs, notifications, sequences: all designed for both languages simultaneously. This is a differentiator; most global agencies quote Arabic as an «add-on».

What if I stop paying before the 12th instalment?

The site or app stays live under our hosting until the end of the last paid billing month. Cancellation is one WhatsApp message — no exit fees, no phone tree. Ownership transfer to your GitHub only happens after the 12th instalment clears, so early cancellation doesn't include code delivery. If you want the code and cancel early, pay the remaining instalments in one lump and we hand over the same week.

What happens on month 13 — hosting, updates, ongoing work?

The code goes to your GitHub. Hosting is your call: stay on our managed hosting for a small monthly fee (varies by traffic), or take the deployment scripts and move to your own AWS / Vercel / DigitalOcean — everything you receive is portable. Ongoing work (new features, integrations, evolution) is quoted per sprint or on a light retainer; most clients keep us on a small monthly relationship after ownership.

Ready to stop renting and start owning your UAE product?

The Dubai team lives on WhatsApp during UAE working hours — one message with your idea and we come back with the scope, the price, and a first sketch of the timeline.
