TECH SOLUTIONS · SAUDI ARABIA

We build the tech your business actually ships on.

Darb doesn't only design software for enterprises — we build it, run it, and use it ourselves. SaaS platforms, corporate websites, mobile apps, landing pages, e-commerce stores. Two products live in production today are ours: Rouad (a B2B lead-generation platform) and Darbprint (a bilingual e-commerce printing store). What that means for you — we've shipped it, not just pitched it.

FEATURED CASE STUDIES

Our own software, already running.

The strongest signal a tech shop can ship is whether it uses its own product. Two Darb platforms are live in production today — the same team that built these is the team that will build for you.

Case study · SaaS · B2B lead generation

Rouad

The B2B lead-generation platform we run our own sales pipeline on.

A multi-tenant B2B lead-generation platform Darb built from the ground up and operates. Contact enrichment, WhatsApp + email campaign engine, full CRM pipeline, deal management, and an accounting module — all in one product, all running in production. Used daily by our sales team and by external subscribers.

Darbprint

The bilingual e-commerce store powering Darb's own print shop across three markets.

A bilingual e-commerce store for corporate promotional printing across three markets — Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Egypt. Full checkout, saved-design library, admin dashboard, per-country tax + shipping logic, and a custom inventory system. Darb's own print shop uses it as its online sales channel; it's how we know it holds up at real order volumes.

WHAT WE BUILD

Six kinds of software, shipped end-to-end.

Each engagement covers design, build, deployment, and first-year support. We don't hand off half-built code for someone else's team to finish.

/ 01

SaaS platforms

Full-stack subscription products — multi-tenant architecture, subscription billing, admin console, customer dashboard, RBAC, integrations. For companies launching a subscription product or an internal platform for their industry. Rouad is a working example of what we ship here.

  • Multi-tenant architecture
  • Subscription billing (Stripe / local)
  • Admin console + customer dashboard
  • Role-based access control
/ 02

Corporate websites

Bilingual, SEO-first, editorial-grade marketing sites. Not a template — a bespoke site that ranks and converts. Same discipline as darbproductions.com itself, which drives real inbound from Google in both languages.

  • Bilingual AR + EN, RTL-first
  • SEO-native (JSON-LD, sitemap, Search Console)
  • CMS or hard-coded per your workflow
  • Sub-second load on Saudi networks
/ 03

Landing pages + campaign microsites

Conversion-focused single-page or campaign sites for product launches, marketing campaigns, investor rounds, or hiring pushes. Fast to ship, A/B-test ready, tracking wired in from the start (GA4, Meta CAPI, LinkedIn Insight).

  • 1–5 days from brief to live
  • A/B test ready
  • Full analytics + conversion tracking
  • Bilingual by default
/ 04

Mobile applications

iOS + Android apps via React Native (or native where the case is right). For scenarios where your customers or field team genuinely need an app — push notifications, offline mode, camera / GPS / payments — not a mobile web version.

  • React Native or native per case
  • iOS + Android from one codebase
  • Push notifications + offline mode
  • App Store + Google Play publishing
/ 05

E-commerce stores

Headless commerce with per-country logic, multi-currency, bilingual, and local payment integrations (Mada, Tap, HyperPay, Tabby, Tamara). Darbprint is a working example — a full store running across SA, UAE, and Egypt.

  • Multi-country + multi-currency
  • Local payment gateways (Mada, Tap, HyperPay)
  • BNPL (Tabby, Tamara) built in
  • ZATCA-aware invoicing
/ 06

Internal dashboards + automation

Dashboards, reporting, workflow automation, and integrations with your CRM / ERP / accounting. For operations that outgrew spreadsheets or bought a global SaaS that doesn't fit the local reality.

  • Custom dashboards + reports
  • Workflow automation
  • CRM / ERP / accounting integrations
  • SSO with Microsoft / Google Workspace
WHY DARB TECH

Why hire us over a generic dev shop.

Three reasons enterprise clients in Riyadh bring tech projects to Darb instead of a nameless agency or an offshore team.

/ 01

We use what we build

Most dev shops sell you a build then wave you off. Rouad and Darbprint aren't slide-deck case studies — they're live products we run every day. Every architectural choice we recommend has been tested against our own uptime, our own bug reports, our own support tickets. If it doesn't survive production, we know before you do.

/ 02

Bilingual + Saudi-context by default

AR + EN, RTL-first, Saudi-hosted, Vision-aligned, ZATCA-aware, and Absher-compatible if you need it. Nothing is translated after — everything is designed AR-first, then English. Local payment gateways, local hosting, local tax handling ship as a matter of course, not a special request.

/ 03

Design fluency, not just engineering

Darb is a media and design company that also builds tech. The platforms we ship look and read like something a marketing director would put in front of their board — not a beige admin panel with a corporate logo bolted on. Design and engineering don't get handed off between vendors; they sit at the same desk.

HOW IT WORKS

From brief to live product.

Fixed-scope engagements, milestone-based invoicing, source code and deployment in your name. No vendor lock-in.

/ 01

Discovery workshop

90-minute session to lock what you're building, who it's for, the must-have features, and the deal-breakers. Delivered as a written scope + fixed quote inside 5 working days.

/ 02

Design + technical spec

User flows, wireframes, a clickable design prototype, and a technical architecture document. You approve everything on paper before we cut code.

/ 03

Sprint-based build

Two-week sprints with a working demo at the end of each. You see progress every 14 days, not at the end of a black box.

/ 04

Saudi-context QA

Bilingual testing, RTL edge cases, Saudi payment / OTP / shipping flows, load testing. Not a checklist we email you — an actual pre-launch cycle you sign off on.

/ 05

Deployment + handover

Deployed to your hosting (or ours), source code + docs in your GitHub, training for your internal team if you have one. You own the product, not us.

/ 06

First-year support

Bug fixes, minor enhancements, uptime monitoring. Beyond year one, you can extend the contract, self-maintain, or hand it to another shop — nothing about our code locks you in.

BEFORE YOU BRIEF

Tech solutions questions answered.

How is Darb Tech different from a typical dev agency?

Two things: (1) we're a media and design company that also builds tech, so the platforms we ship look like they were designed, not stapled together; (2) we ship our own products (Rouad, Darbprint) — every technical decision we recommend has been tested against our own production reality first. Most agencies pitch a portfolio. We show you products you can log into today.

Do you build with our team, or take everything in-house?

Both models. If you have an internal engineering team, we can work as a project team alongside them — spec, design, sprint, handover — and train your team as we go. If you don't have one, we take the whole build in-house from brief to launch. The workshop stage picks the model.

What tech stack do you build in?

Default stack: Next.js + TypeScript + Tailwind on the frontend, Node.js + Supabase / Postgres on the backend, React Native for mobile. This is what Rouad and Darbprint run on, so we know it holds up in production. We can adapt (Laravel, Django, .NET) when your team's stack demands it — but we don't recommend a stack we haven't shipped ourselves.

Do you handle hosting, or do we?

Both. If you have preferences (AWS Saudi Arabia, Oracle Cloud, on-premise), we deploy there. If you don't, we host on our own managed VPS infrastructure in Frankfurt or Saudi — same setup Rouad runs on — with monitoring, backups, and uptime SLAs. Either way, you own the DNS and the codebase; hosting is separable.

Bilingual (AR/EN) — is that fully supported?

Yes, and it's designed AR-first. Not "we translated the buttons" — proper RTL layout, Arabic-native typography, mixed-direction text handling, culturally correct copy (not machine-translated), Hijri calendar support where the domain needs it. Every product we ship is bilingual by default, not as an add-on.

How much does a typical project cost?

Depends heavily on scope. A conversion-focused landing page is a few thousand SAR; a corporate marketing website with CMS is 30–80k SAR; a working MVP of a SaaS platform typically runs 150–400k SAR; a full production platform with mobile app can be 500k+. Fixed quote at the end of the discovery workshop — no open-ended time-and-materials surprises.

Can you build only a landing page, or do you require a full platform?

Anything from a one-page landing site to a full multi-year platform build. Small pieces are welcome — we routinely ship campaign microsites in under a week. The pricing scales with scope; there's no minimum ceremony.

What happens after the first year — are we locked in?

No. You own the source code, the domain, the hosting account, the accounts on every third-party tool. Year-two options: extend the support contract, hand it to your internal team (we brief them), or move it to another shop. Our code is documented, standard-stack, and portable — nothing hidden or exotic that binds you to us.

Have a tech project? Let's scope it.

Tell us what you're building — SaaS, website, app, e-commerce, internal tool. We come back within one business day with a scope, timeline, and fixed quote against the brief.
