WHAT WE SHOOT

Six shoot formats, the same crew.

Most corporate shoot briefs land in one of these six shapes. Send the brief; we send back a fixed-quote day rate + turnaround, no long treatment cycle. Full production-house engagement is available too — see our corporate video production page for that end-to-end model.

/ 01

Corporate event videography

On-site coverage of conferences, awards nights, product launches, workshops, and internal town-halls. Multi-camera setup, on-stage capture, interview corners, delegate b-roll, sponsor reels — all in one shoot day, edited into a highlight film or delivered as raw footage.

  • Multi-camera event coverage
  • On-stage + speaker capture
  • Delegate b-roll + venue shots
  • Same-day social clips available
/ 02

Executive interview filming

Studio-quality executive interviews — CEO, chairman, department heads — for annual reports, IR content, LinkedIn Leadership Series, or internal comms. Broadcast lighting, teleprompter available, and a director on set to keep the answers on message.

  • 2-3 camera interview setup
  • Broadcast lighting rig
  • Teleprompter on request
  • Director + producer on set
/ 03

Internal comms + training video capture

Video capture for internal communications, e-learning modules, training programs, onboarding libraries, and knowledge-transfer sessions. Multiple takes, teleprompter, chapter-marker planning — the shoot day designed for how internal-comms teams actually use the footage.

  • Talking-head + demonstration capture
  • Chapter-based shoot plans
  • Teleprompter for scripted content
  • Multi-take coverage
/ 04

Testimonial + case-study filming

Customer testimonial capture, employee stories, case-study interviews, and success-story videos. Interview + b-roll of the workplace, edited into 60-90 second testimonial cuts your marketing team can deploy across sales and social.

  • Testimonial interview capture
  • Workplace + product b-roll
  • 60-90 second edited cuts
  • Multi-testimonial shoot days
/ 05

Facility, office + operations b-roll

B-roll videography of your office, factory, retail environment, project site, or warehouse — the footage that turns a talking-head interview into a proper corporate film. Shot as a standalone brief or bundled with an interview day.

  • Office + facility b-roll
  • Operations + team-at-work sequences
  • Aerial + drone capture (GACA-permitted)
  • Establishing + hero shots
/ 06

Presentation + speaker recording

Full recording of executive presentations, thought-leadership talks, town-halls, or investor updates — for internal replay, IR archives, or highlight-reel source material. Full-frame speaker capture + slide-side capture + audience-side coverage.

  • Speaker + slide-side + audience angles
  • Direct audio-desk feed
  • Full-length + chaptered exports
  • Highlight-reel edit on request
WHY DARB

Why book Darb's videographer over a freelancer.

Three reasons the same day-rate spend goes further when the videographer works inside a full production house — not from a freelance card that's on set today and unreachable tomorrow.

/ 01

Cinema-camera kit, not a hobbyist DSLR

Every shoot day ships with Sony FX-series cinema cameras, professional wireless audio, broadcast lighting, and a proper crew. That's what makes the footage cut into a real corporate video, not something that looks 'good for the price'. Freelance videographer rates that seem cheap usually explain themselves the moment you see the footage.

/ 02

Backed by a full production house

Book the videographer today; if your project grows into a full film with edit, motion graphics, colour, and voice-over — you're already inside Darb Productions. Same crew, same footage, same colour pipeline, no vendor switch. Freelance videographers hand you the SD card and disappear.

/ 03

Reliable and reachable — every time

Freelance videographers over-commit and cancel, chase the highest-paying job that lands last-minute, and drop off communication after wrapping. Ours are on staff, on payroll, and accountable to a production manager — same reason enterprise clients keep us on framework agreements year after year.

WHO WE SHOOT FOR

Every shoot day a Riyadh corporate needs.

Whichever brief lands — the crew is the same, only the shoot plan and the deliverable change per engagement.

Corporate marketing + comms teams

In-house marketing and communications teams running a rolling content calendar — event coverage, executive interviews, campaign shoots, and testimonial capture. Book a videographer for the day; feed your calendar for the month.

HR + internal comms + L&D

HR teams filming onboarding videos, culture films, training modules, and internal town-halls. Videographer + scripted-content setup + teleprompter — the shoot day designed for HR-team briefs, not agency briefs.

IR + finance departments

Investor Relations teams capturing CEO interviews for annual reports, IR-day presentations, quarterly-earnings B-roll, and analyst-briefing recordings. Broadcast-grade capture, IR-ready delivery.

PR + brand agencies

PR and brand agencies subcontracting videography for client events, launches, and content shoots. White-label crew, agency reporting cadence, professional invoice — the missing videographer in your account team's rolodex.

Government + public-sector comms

Ministry communications teams, public-sector programme offices, and semi-government entities filming events, executive statements, and stakeholder communications. Bilingual crew, government-shoot familiarity, permit handling if needed.

SMEs + fast-growth companies

Growing Saudi companies at the stage where a full production is too much but a smartphone shoot is not enough. Day-rate videographer + kit + optional edit — the right shape for a growing team's video needs.

HOW IT WORKS

From booking to delivered footage.

Videographer booking works fast when the process is simple. Here's what happens from your booking request to your delivered files.

/ 01

Booking request + brief

Send the shoot date, location, brief, and required deliverable. We come back within 4 working hours with a fixed-quote day rate, crew size, and a shoot plan. No long treatment cycle for a standard shoot brief.

/ 02

Shoot-day confirmation

Booking confirmed, deposit invoiced (30% standard), crew and kit locked in your calendar. Location pre-visit scheduled if the shoot needs it — most standard shoots don't.

/ 03

Shoot day

Crew arrives 60-90 minutes before call time, sets up cameras, lighting, and audio, and starts shooting on schedule. Videographer takes direction from your on-site brief owner — no agency layer to translate through.

/ 04

Raw footage delivery

Full raw footage delivered on encrypted USB drive or secure download link within 48 hours of the shoot day. Includes all takes, audio, and any on-camera photography captured on set.

/ 05

Edit (if included in brief)

Optional edit deliverable — highlight reel, event recap, testimonial cut, or interview-based film — turned around inside 5-10 working days depending on scope. Two rounds of client review included.

/ 06

Final delivery + archive

Final edited files delivered in every format you need — web, social vertical + square variants, subtitles. Raw footage archived on our server for 90 days by default; longer archival available on request.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Videographer booking questions answered.

How is pricing structured — day rate, half-day, per-project?

Day rate is the default and by far the most common. Half-day rate available for shoots under 4 hours (typically for a single interview or a focused b-roll session). Multi-day projects get a rolling day-rate discount. Everything quoted fixed at booking — no per-hour billing, no overtime surprises.

Does the day rate include equipment, or is that separate?

Included. Standard shoot-day kit — cinema camera (Sony FX-series), primary lens set, professional wireless audio (Sennheiser + Rode), 3-point lighting rig — is included in the day rate. Specialised gear (motion-control, high-speed camera, multi-camera event switcher, cinema slider) is quoted per-project when the brief needs it.

How fast can you book a shoot day?

Same-week for most standard shoot briefs — event coverage, interviews, internal comms. Next-day booking is possible when crew availability aligns; ask us. Framework-agreement clients get priority booking. Peak weeks (national days, big-event calendar dates) fill early; book earlier for those.

Do you include an edit, or is that separate?

Optional — quoted separately based on scope. Standard event-recap edits and short interview-based cuts sit at the entry end; full corporate film edits are scoped case-by-case. Raw footage delivery is included in the day rate at no extra cost — take it and edit in-house if you prefer.

Do you deliver the raw footage on the same day?

Full raw footage delivered within 48 hours of the shoot day on encrypted USB or secure download link. Same-day rushes available for time-sensitive shoots (news, campaign launches, tender deadlines) at additional cost — ask at booking.

Can you shoot in Arabic or English or both?

Both. Videographers on our roster are Arabic + English bilingual — because most Riyadh corporate shoots are one or both. Interview directors, teleprompter operators, and voice-over talent all available in either language.

What about drone / aerial footage — is that available?

Yes. Aerial drone capture available for shoots that need establishing shots, facility overviews, or event-scale coverage. GACA permits handled on our side, in-house licensed pilots. Aerial is quoted as an add-on based on flight duration, location, and permit complexity.

Do you have your own studio, or do we need to provide the location?

Our Riyadh studio is available for shoots that need a controlled indoor setup (cyc backdrop, greenscreen, studio interviews) — day rate for the studio is quoted separately. Most corporate shoots happen on the client's premises (office, event venue, facility), which is included in the day rate.

Need a videographer this week? Send the brief.

Tell us the shoot date, the location, the brief, and the deliverable. We come back within four working hours with a fixed-quote day rate, crew size, and a shoot plan.
