No. Darb Productions is headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and delivers to Iraqi clients remotely — daily WhatsApp, weekly Zoom, GitHub for code, Figma for design. This keeps overhead low and passes the saving to you as USD pricing that beats most in-country Iraqi agencies. All contracts and invoices are issued from our Saudi entity. If you need someone physically on-site in Baghdad or Erbil for a specific milestone, we arrange it as a separately-quoted travel line.

Do you build in Arabic natively, or as a translation?
Arabic-first. Content is written natively in Arabic (not translated from English), typography uses proper Arabic fonts (IBM Plex Sans Arabic, Tajawal), RTL layout is native to the CSS (not a bolted-on `dir=rtl` afterthought), icons mirror where appropriate, animations reverse. For Kurdistan Region clients, we add a Sorani or Kurmanji Kurdish layer via native Kurdish translators — this is a paid add-on but often makes the difference for KRG-audience conversion.
Do you handle Iraqi payment gateways?
Yes. Zain Cash, FastPay, FIB Pay (First Iraqi Bank), AsiaHawala, Qi Card, and Rafidain digital — the five most-adopted rails in Iraq. Plus international cards on the same checkout: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cross-border via Stripe. Every gateway tested end-to-end on real Iraqi cards and phone numbers, not sandbox.
Where will our product be hosted?
Default is AWS Middle East (Bahrain region) — 30-60ms latency to Iraqi ISPs, vs 200-300ms for US-hosted competitors. For clients with Iraqi data-residency requirements (some government-adjacent contracts require it), we can host on regional providers or on-premises at your Baghdad or Erbil office. Hosting accounts are yours, not ours — you own AWS, we set it up and hand you the credentials.
Do you work with Kurdistan Region (KRG) clients?
Yes — extensively. KRG has its own registration framework (separate from federal Iraq's Ministry of Trade), its own procurement rhythm, and a bilingual audience where Kurdish (Sorani in Erbil / Sulaymaniyah, Kurmanji in Duhok) sits alongside Arabic and English. We add Kurdish localisation as a paid add-on when it's needed, and understand the KRG business context.
Do you own the code, or do we?
You do. Full source code — websites, apps, backend, deployment config, CI/CD pipelines, third-party account access — all transferred to your GitHub organisation. No SDK lock-in, no black-box runtime, no vendor gate. Leave any time, take everything.
