Challenge
A premium venue group serving the corporate / MICE segment was generating walk-in inquiries entirely from word-of-mouth and existing relationships. Zero digital pipeline, no ABM motion, and conference-buyer decisions were happening on competitor sites before darb's client was even in the consideration set.
Solution
Built a LinkedIn-led account-based program targeting the top 400 enterprises in the UAE running quarterly or larger off-sites, paired with a content engine of venue walk-throughs + capacity datasheets aimed at exec-assistants and event managers. Wired CRM intake to the sales team's WhatsApp Business + a dedicated bilingual SDR script for first-touch qualification.
