DARB · DAMASCUS FAIR BOOTH · DAMASCUS

Damascus International Fair booth builders — design, fabricate, install.

The 63rd edition drew 1.4 million visitors and close to a thousand exhibiting entities from some sixty countries. For a Saudi company exhibiting there the hard part is not the design, it is the logistics: supply inside Damascus is still uneven, and what does not arrive finished does not get fabricated on site. So we build the whole stand in our Riyadh workshop, ship it flat-packed, and install it with our own crew — you are not depending on a local contractor you have never met.

TIMELINE

Damascus International Fair timeline — and the real lead time.

  • 1Road freight from Riyadh to Damascus adds seven to ten days on top of fabrication. Budget eight to ten weeks from design sign-off to hand-over, not six.
  • 2Customs paperwork and permits are prepared before the truck leaves, not after. We send the packing list and specifications early so the stand does not sit at the border.
  • 3Briefs arriving under six weeks before opening are taken on modular systems only — a custom build will not make the freight window.
  • 4We arrive three days before opening rather than two, because install at Damascus Exhibition City runs on thinner site services than you are used to in Riyadh.
WHAT MAKES THIS BOOTH DIFFERENT

Damascus International Fair booths — not generic exhibition booths.

Darb Productions is an exhibition booth design, fabrication and installation company serving Damascus International Fair exhibitors at Damascus Exhibition City during the Late August to early September, annually cycle. Audience: 1,400,000+ attendees; sector: Multi-sector trade fair. The model is fully in-house — design, fabrication in our workshop, installation inside the official load-in window, and on-stand support during show days. A stand that arrives flat-packed and goes up with our own crew

Every part is cut, assembled and finished in Riyadh, then dismantled, numbered and packed. We do not lean on a Damascus workshop to finish what was left unfinished — which is what makes the schedule something you can hold us to.

/ 02

Independent power and a lighting fallback

Site power can fluctuate. We design the stand's distribution around an independent feed and put the lighting on a fallback line, so the stand does not go dark at peak footfall.

/ 03

Spares travelling with the shipment

What breaks in transit is not easily replaced locally. Spare panels, fixings and lighting travel inside the same load.

/ 04

Signage that reads to a Syrian and a Gulf audience at once

The crowd is mostly local, with Arab and international visitors after that. Signage is set Arabic-first and English-second, at sizes that read from a wide aisle rather than from a metre away.
