What's the smallest order the factory accepts?

There's no fixed minimum. We regularly print single custom hardcover boxes for a specific handover, a single acrylic award, or a run of 50 stickers. Cost-per-unit scales — small runs are more per unit — but there's no gate.

How fast can you deliver a rush job?

Standard flex banners and stickers ship next-day. Same-day is possible when the artwork is print-ready and the file lands with us before 10:00. Acrylic + hardcover boxes typically need 3–5 working days depending on finish; rush is available at surcharge.

Do you deliver outside Riyadh?

Yes. We deliver across Saudi Arabia by our own logistics fleet and by contracted carriers for outside-Riyadh drops. Bulk orders for Jeddah / Dammam / Eastern Province projects ship via dedicated freight; smaller drops ship overnight through standard KSA courier.

Can you match Pantone / brand colours?

Yes on all six lines. Solvent + UV printers are calibrated to Pantone; acrylic and hardcover use a calibrated colour library; screen printing on uniforms uses Pantone-matched inks. Colour proofs are provided before production on brand-critical jobs.

Do you source the merchandise itself for corporate gifts?

Yes. We hold a curated catalogue of stock items (drinkware, notebooks, tech, apparel, executive gifts) and can also custom-source specific items on request. Sourcing + branding + kitting + delivery are all managed inside the factory.

How does pricing work — quote per job or an annual rate card?

Both models are supported. One-off briefs get a per-job quote returned within one business day. Enterprises with recurring production sign a framework agreement with an annual rate card; individual briefs then price against the card without renegotiation.

Is the factory suitable for government / audit-grade orders?

Yes. Every job ships with a VAT-compliant e-invoice, a signed delivery note, and (where relevant) an installation-warranty certificate. The factory is registered on Etimad / Monafasat and holds current VAT + Zatka e-invoicing compliance.
