Price is set by four things: sign type, size in linear metres, lighting method and installation method. Shopfront and mall signage
The frontage a customer reads before deciding to walk in. Front-lit or back-lit 3D letters on aluminium or stainless frames, with LED distributed evenly so no bright patches show through the face. We work to the mall's own sizing, fixing and night-installation rules.
Interior retail signage
Brand walls, department signs, price boards and counter backdrops in acrylic, wood, metal or a mix, laser-cut with finished edges. Interiors are less forgiving on tolerance than exteriors, so we measure on site before anything is cut.
Illuminated 3D letters
Dimensional letters in acrylic, stainless or aluminium with front, back or halo lighting. Arabic letterforms need different treatment from Latin ones in the joins and the body depth — which is the difference between a sign that reads and one that looks broken.
Large-format outdoor boards
Building fascias, roof signs, pylon signs and site hoarding. Wind loading is calculated into the frame and UV-stable materials are specified, because Riyadh sun destroys cheap print inside a single season.
Event and temporary brand signage
Entrance gates, photo backdrops, directional boards, sponsor panels and demountable structures. Designed to go up fast, come down fast and be stored for the next season rather than thrown away after three days.
Wayfinding systems
The whole system rather than a single board — entrance sign to floor sign to door plate. Consistent numbering, bilingual typography at correct sizes, and a fixing system that lets a name change without replacing the plate.

What holds up signage in Riyadh is rarely fabrication. It is the permit. This is the practical summary of what you will face.
Commercial signage needs municipal approval
An external sign on a shop frontage is subject to the local municipality's rules on size, height and how much of the frontage it may cover. Installing before approval risks removal at your own cost.
Arabic is a requirement, not a preference
The trade name must appear in Arabic and prominently. A sign carrying only English, or placing small Arabic in a corner, is liable to rejection. We design for this from the start rather than revising after a refusal.
Malls add rules on top of the municipality
Mall management enforces its own identity manual — fixed sizes, a specified lighting type, night-only installation windows and sometimes an approved installation contractor. We ask for the manual before designing, not after.
Start the permit in parallel with fabrication
The most expensive mistake is waiting for the permit and then beginning manufacture, which doubles the elapsed time. The correct sequence files the application while fabrication proceeds, so the sign is ready when approval lands.
We prepare the permit file — dimensioned drawings, frontage photography and compliance checking — and hand it over ready to submit. The formal submission stays in the name of the commercial registration holder; we do not submit on your behalf and cannot guarantee a decision timeline, because that sits with the authority rather than with us.

Survey and measurement
We visit, measure the frontage, photograph it and check the power source and available fixing method. Measuring remotely from a photograph is the single biggest cause of installation error.
Design and quote
A dimensioned visual placed on a photograph of your actual frontage, with material, lighting type and an itemised price. Two revisions are included before fabrication.
Permit file
We prepare the drawings and documents for the municipality or mall file. Fabrication starts at the same time rather than waiting for approval.
Fabrication
Cutting, forming, welding, finishing, lighting assembly and workshop testing. The sign is powered up and tested before it leaves, not after it is installed.
Installation and handover
Installation within the site's permitted window, electrical connection, cleaning and handover. One year warranty on fabrication and lighting.

Yes, and it is where the factory difference shows most. We manufacture one sample first for approval, then run the quantity to that same specification for every branch — so the branches actually match, rather than varying by whichever workshop happened to make each one.
What warranty comes with the sign?
One year on fabrication and on lighting units. It covers manufacturing and operating defects and excludes damage from accident, tampering or third-party modification. Maintenance beyond the warranty period is available on request.
Do you work outside Riyadh?
Yes — Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar and the main cities. Fabrication happens in the Riyadh workshop, then the sign is transported and installed on site, with transport and installation shown as a clear line in the quote.
Can you repair an existing sign instead of replacing it?
Yes. The most common failures are the lighting units and the power supply, both replaceable without touching the frame. We survey first and tell you honestly whether repair beats replacement — sometimes it does not.
