HOW IT WORKS

Four steps, fixed scope, no surprises.

Short and predictable — the UAE market rewards speed. We keep the engagement compact so you're live inside a quarter, not inside a year.

/ 01

Discovery call

60-minute call to lock what you're building, who it's for, the must-haves, and the launch date. You walk away with a written scope + fixed quote inside 3 working days.

/ 02

Design + spec

Wireframes, a clickable design, and a technical spec. Two weeks for most projects. You approve everything on paper before we write code.

/ 03

Sprint build

Two-week sprints with a working demo at the end of each. You see real progress every 14 days — no black-box builds.

/ 04

Launch + first-year support

Deployed to your hosting or ours, source code in your GitHub. Bug fixes, uptime monitoring, and minor enhancements included for the first year. You own everything.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

UAE-specific questions.

Are you on the ground in the UAE?

Delivery-wise, yes — regular travel to Dubai and Abu Dhabi for kickoffs, mid-project checkpoints, and launches. Our engineering team is based in Riyadh and runs remotely; time-zone overlap with the UAE is full. If your engagement genuinely needs an on-site team every week, we'll be honest about that upfront.

Are your invoices UAE VAT-compliant?

Yes. We invoice with a TRN, at 5% UAE VAT, in AED, and in the FTA's required bilingual (Arabic + English) tax-invoice format. Any store or SaaS we build for you also issues customer invoices in that same compliant format.

Which UAE payment gateways do you integrate?

By default: Network International (N-Genius), Telr, PayTabs, and Stripe UAE. Plus Apple Pay / Samsung Pay / Google Pay for mobile checkout, and Tabby + Tamara for BNPL. If your merchant relationship is with a different gateway, we integrate that too — none of them are exotic to us.

Where do you host?

Your choice. AWS Middle East (Bahrain or UAE region), Azure UAE, Oracle Cloud UAE, or our own managed VPS. If PDPL data-residency matters for your sector, we default to an in-region region. Either way you own the account.

Do you build in Arabic + English by default?

Yes, and it's designed AR-first — not translated after. Proper RTL, native Arabic typography, mixed-direction handling, and culturally correct copy (not machine translation). Hindi or Urdu can be added for consumer-facing apps where the market needs it.

How long does a typical project take?

Landing page: 1–5 working days. Corporate website: 3–5 weeks. E-commerce MVP: 6–10 weeks. Mobile app MVP: 8–12 weeks. Full SaaS platform: 12–20+ weeks. The discovery call gives you a locked timeline against your scope.

Do we own the code after launch?

Yes — full source code, deployment scripts, and documentation delivered to your GitHub. The domain, the hosting account, and every third-party account are in your name. Year-two you can extend the support contract, hand it to an internal team, or move to another shop — the codebase is portable.

Have a UAE project? Let's scope it this week.

Website, store, app, or platform — tell us what you're building and when you need it live. We come back inside 3 working days with a written scope, a fixed quote, and a launch date against your brief.
