QUESTIONS
The most
asked questions.
The questions that actually come up on our first calls with centres. If yours isn't here, write to us and we'll answer honestly.
/ 01What exactly does 'full marketing management' mean, and where does your responsibility end?+
It means we do what an in-house marketing department would do: the plan, the ads, the shoots, the content, channel management, and answering enquiries and booking appointments. Our responsibility doesn't end when the campaign goes live — it ends when we hand you a confirmed appointment in the clinic diary. The one measurement point that depends on you is logging who actually showed up.
/ 02Is the call centre really included with no extra fees?+
Yes. The team, the line and the system are all on us and inside the monthly subscription — not billed to you in any form. What differs between packages is the coverage hours, not whether the service exists.
/ 03Are shoots included or charged separately each time?+
Included. Shoot days are part of the package, so no separate production invoice lands every time we need new content. What differs between packages is the number of days.
/ 04What isn't included in the subscription?+
Ad media budget — paid directly by the centre to the platforms and spent entirely on your campaigns; we take nothing from it. And any exceptional production outside the package scope (a large corporate film, an opening event) is quoted separately before we start.
/ 05Do you guarantee a specific number of patients per month?+
No — and we don't trust anyone who promises that before seeing your prices, competitors and location. What we commit to is in the contract: response time on every enquiry, monthly volume of ads / shoots / content, and full transparency on the numbers as they are — not as they're dressed up.
/ 06We already have a marketing employee — do you replace them?+
We don't remove anyone. Usually your employee frees up for internal coordination and doctor scheduling, and we handle the execution that needs a full team: ads, production, replies, and reporting.
/ 07How do you handle advertising compliance in the health sector?+
Every asset passes review before publishing: what the platform allows, what needs documentation from the relevant health authority's rules, then centre leadership approval. We don't promise clinical outcomes and we don't use claims that can't be substantiated.
/ 08Do you integrate with our clinic management system?+
Yes with most common systems via API or webhook, and setup takes a few days. If integration isn't possible, the appointment is handed to reception ready with the patient name, service, doctor and time.
/ 09What is the minimum commitment?+
Three rolling months on the first two packages, because the first month is setup and launch and fair judgment on performance starts from month two. The Group package is a 12-month engagement with periodic reviews.
/ 010How do we know Darb is the right fit for our centre?+
A short consultation session: we review your current situation live, walk out with three improvements you can implement whether we work together or not, and tell you honestly if your stage doesn't yet need what we offer.
