How it works

From brief to Dec 2 in six weeks.

The whole industry books in October. Sending the brief in early October gets a proper design cycle and permit runway. Late briefs are still possible — we've delivered from brief to install in three weeks — but early is cheaper.

01

Brief

Share the venue, the audience (staff / public / government), and the level of ceremony. We pull venue tech manuals and confirm permit and access rules.

02

Concept & budget

Two concept directions + moodboard + itemised budget + timeline. One direction gets picked, we detail it into a production plan.

03

Fabrication & permits

In-house fabrication of décor, gate installations, LED and print elements. Permits, insurance, and venue compliance filed in parallel so nothing lands late.

04

Install → ceremony → strike

Install in the days before Dec 2, run the ceremony, capture content, strike the same night or next morning per venue rules. Reusable elements go into storage for next year.

FAQ

What UAE clients ask us first.

How early should we brief you for National Day?

October is the industry booking window. Briefs in early October get a full design cycle, budget iteration, and permit runway. Late November briefs still get delivered — we've turned around from brief to install in three weeks — but everything is more expensive and more constrained. If Dec 2 matters to you, early October is the safe answer.

Do you handle Dubai + Abu Dhabi + Sharjah on the same brief?

Yes. A common pattern is HQ ceremony in Abu Dhabi + mall activation in Dubai + smaller staff event in Sharjah, all on the same December 1-3 window. One project director, one budget, three delivery teams.

What about permits — mall, plaza, corniche activations?

Every venue has its own permit regime. Mall management runs contractor accreditation and sponsor terms; municipal plazas need Dubai Municipality / DED clearance depending on scale; corniche events run through Abu Dhabi Municipality. We file every permit as part of the engagement — nothing lands on you.

Do you provide cultural performances (Yola, Ayyalah, anthem)?

Yes, through our regional performer roster. Yola and Ayyalah troupes book out early for December — one more reason the October brief window matters. National anthem ensembles for formal ceremonies are separate and confirmed after the guest list is set.

Can you produce the branded gifting line too?

Yes — bags, badges, sweets boxes, heritage keepsakes, corporate hardcopy books. Our print-and-manufacturing team runs the same brief; you get one supplier for décor + ceremony + gifting rather than three that don't talk to each other.

Do you handle content capture and press-ready materials?

Yes. Photo and video crew for the ceremony itself, edited content packs (same-day social + long-form recap), and a press-ready kit (release, hi-res, quote sheet) for the internal comms and PR teams to file.

What if we're a first-time sponsor of a public activation?

We walk you through the sponsor terms (mall, plaza, or public venue), the accreditation process, the deliverables the venue expects, and the brand-integration limits (what you can and can't put in front of the Spirit-of-the-Union hero elements). First-time sponsors usually spend more of their prep budget on this alignment than on the pavilion itself; the design gets cheaper after the alignment is done.

Do you invoice with UAE VAT?

Yes — UAE VAT-registered invoicing with TRN, 5% VAT applied, and payment terms that fit the corporate sponsor calendar (typically 50/40/10 across brief sign-off / pre-install / post-strike).

Let's build the National Day week.
